Flexible lease terms: The normal lease term is 1 year but we can be flexible on certain properties. Feel free to ask if we can fit the lease terms to your schedule!
Security Deposits: Most of our houses require an amount equal to one month's rent as a security deposit. This is paid when you sign the lease!
Utilities: Generally the tenant pays for Gas and Electric and we cover the Water, Sewer, and Trash pick up charges. It does vary somewhat depending on the property.
Pets: Pets are allowed in most Single Family Dwellings although a pet fee may exist. Pets are not generally permitted in College housing or Multi-unit buildings.
